Vintage 80s punk glam velvet bustier dress or strapless ruffled prom gown in a green satin black velvet combination. It has 3 layers of ruffles, a nice flower accent and the undersides of the ruffles are done in green satin, as is the lining. Dress is tagged "Evenings by Pantagis", Size 9/10 (more like a size 6 by todays standards) and measures: Bust 34 ,Waist 26, Hips to 37, Length 34 1/2. Like new condition and looks stunning on!
