Gorgeous and unique vintage hand knotted gemstone trade bead necklace. A dealer told me these were Hubbell, but someone else here said they aren't. Regardless, these are extraordinary beads and very beautiful. The clasp is not original but I was not the one who replaced it. The aqua green and creme beads are very unusual and gorgeous beyond anything. I believe they are either amazonite or jadeite but am leaning towards jadeite because they are not blueish in color, they are not really blue but a softer green than jadeite in glass.The necklace is 19 inches and the hand knotted beads are graduated. Excellent condition except for one bead that is broken.
