Gorgeous vintage pleated silk sundress from Frances Heffernan, Winnitka, IL. This is a designer dress done n beautiful floral silk with fitted bodice and full pleated skirt. Not sure who the designer is but this is an upscale shop that has been around since the 30s. Looks wonderful on and measures: Labeled a size 12, Bust 36. Waist 28 (looks like it was taken in so could be let back out for larger waist size), Hips - huge due to full pleated skirt, Length 43.
